Levon Haftvan commemorated in Tehran

A memorial ceremony for late Iranian actor Levon Haftvan is to launch in Tehran.

The event will be held in Pasdaran Book City on Monday March 11, 2019.

Iranian-Armenian thespian died Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the age of 51 following the incident which occurred on the set of a new production he was shooting.

Haftvan was born 1966 in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.

The actor played the lead in award-winning film 'Kupal' which narrates the story of Dr. Ahmad Kupal, a taxidermist hunter who faces a challenge just before the Persian New Year.

Haftvan had appeared in Khosrow Masoumi's 'Dirty Job' which premiered at the 36th edition of Fajr Film Festival held in February 2018.
